Cancellation Policy: Classes can be canceled with at least 12 hours' notice, provided it is done in writing (via email). When canceled in a timely manner with proper advance notice, you will receive class credit to use within the current term. However, please note that only one (1) makeup credit is permitted per term. "No-shows" or last-minute cancellations will not entitle you to a refund or makeup sessions. Unused makeup sessions may not be transferred to other terms. The one makeup session will be scheduled at the same time as your regular class session, taking place the week after your standard 6-week term ends.

Illness Protocol: If your child has a fever, an infection, or is suspected of having a contagious illness, they are not permitted to attend class. Children must be fever-free for 24 hours before returning to class. Please contact Little Language Lab as soon as possible for makeup options. You will be eligible for one makeup class per term.

Term Registration: Registration fees are non-refundable once the term has commenced.

Refunds: Please refer to the Term Registration section for eligibility criteria for refunds. All refunds will incur a non-refundable 2.9% processing fee.

Covid Protocol: It is the responsibility of each parent or guardian to determine whether their child's health allows for participation in the class. Indoor classes will have open windows and/or air purifiers to maintain air circulation. Class times may be slightly shorter to allow time for cleaning between sessions and to stagger exits.

Additional Attendees Policies: Only one adult can attend indoor classes per child. No additional adults or children can accompany a child in class, except for babies in carriers (1 adult per registered child). We understand this may pose challenges; please reach out via email with your specific situation, and we can brainstorm solutions.

Please note: This policy applies to siblings as well. While we encourage older siblings to engage in learning activities at home, they are not permitted to join classes, as it can be distracting and disruptive to younger children. If you plan to bring a second child within the class's age range, you must sign them up for the class before attending. Use the discount code "LittleSibling" for a 30% discount on your second sibling's registration.

Photos: Occasionally, we take pictures to share on our social media accounts or website. Advanced verbal notice will ALWAYS be provided, and a photography waiver is included in our intake packet.

Unforeseen Closures: In the event of unforeseen closures (e.g., due to weather, building emergencies, or community health issues like COVID-19), we will notify our families via email and text as soon as possible. Affected classes will transition to a virtual format on Google Meet, maintaining the same day and time as your regular class. Refunds will not be offered.

What You Should Know: Classes are designed for children and their caregivers (Mom, Dad, Grandparent, Nanny, etc.). This is NOT a drop-off class. We will be sitting on the floor, so please dress yourself and your child comfortably, and be prepared for potential messiness. Bring a spare change of clothes!

No-Liability: By registering for classes, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these terms and conditions. You also acknowledge that Little Language Lab Speech Therapy Inc. does not control the environment in which classes are conducted. You are responsible for your child's health and well-being, including assessing their suitability for participation in each class, and understanding that there will be interaction among class leaders, participants, and other attendees. You further agree that Little Language Lab Speech Therapy Inc. (along with its officers, members, and employees), as well as its speech therapists/teachers/class leaders and any third-party class hosts, will not be liable for, and you release them from, any liability arising from injury, illness, and/or property damage resulting from participation in Little Language Lab Speech Therapy Inc. classes.
